Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community, located in Springdale, OH, is looking for a full time LPN, 7am-7:30pm to work in our Assisted Living/Village Care areas. The full time position will need to work every other weekend.  We've recently increased our pay scale to be more competitive in the industry, pay based on experience. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience, preferably in an Assisted Living setting OR one year experience in long term care.  He/She will deliver direct care to the residents of Maple Knoll Village who reside in Independent and the Assisted Living areas. One must have a valid drivers license, current CPR card and experience with electronic medical records for medication pass and documentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides leadership and direction within Assisted Living programs. 
• Initiates and maintains communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians regarding care of residents. 
• Maintains up-to-date clinical records. 
• Provides timely emergency care to residents and employees. 
• Consults and communicates with nurse supervisors and physicians appropriately.
